Sunshine Landscape has comprehensive training programs for every employee for their particular postion with our company. Over the past thirty years our experience and knowledge has provided the basis for creating the safest work environment possible for our employees and our clients.

Through a collaboration with State Compensation Insurance Fund, we have produced our own "Safety on the Work site" video and program, tailored specifically for Sunshine Landscape.

We have designed a custom incentive program which rewards employees for safe conduct during the course of each month. This program has contributed to reducing accidents and missed work which benefits our employees and clients.
